 Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships with top academic medical centers in the market and contribute to building GE HealthCare’s credibility in imaging through excellent customer interactionContinuous interaction with key academic clinical, research and administrative decision makers to understand primary objectives and pain points.Identify  gaps in the utilization of advanced system features and imaging techniques to facilitate additional training purchased services; optimize adoption and satisfactionConsult with radiologists by disease site on an ongoing basisAssist in standardization across installed system basePartner with department leaders to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and system utilizationIdentify training needs and opportunities among technologists and physiciansLiaise closely with account and product teams to ensure optimal alignment and communication to drive customer satisfaction.Partner with the product teams to provide insights of customer learnings and competition; provide a feedback loop on product performance at assigned academic sitesIdentify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.Establish and drive relations, collaboration, and partnerships with all department/relevant stakeholders; engage with key opinion leaders on progress made and gain consensus on next steps/actionsClient based in Cincinnati, OH

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent and 5+ years of MRI technical/clinical industry experience; plus, ARRT certification.Must live in Cincinnati, OH OR at most 3 hours outPrevious experience in the Healthcare IndustryAbility to travel 10 - 30% of the time by car or plane within the region assignedDemonstrated clinical skills, viewed as subject matter expert, to include advanced applications in respective modalityExcellent interpersonal skills; interest in and aptitude for close customer interactionAbility to effectively interact with key stakeholders in modality/commercial/service teamsExperience in speaking, presenting materials relevant to a diverse audienceAbility to craft well written training reports and communications to a diverse constituency, working knowledge of Excel & Power Point
