This position reports to the Operations Manager of Mr D.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational Analysis & Customer Insight

Review order discrepancies daily and compile operational reports. Utilize customer feedback for operational improvements. Perform quality assurance checks throughout conducted processes. 

Analytical Support & Collaboration

Provide data-driven support to various internal and cross-functional teams.  Enhance operational processes through collaboration.

Operational Optimization & Growth Strategy

Support initiatives for process optimization to drive growth and efficiency. Leverage technology and innovation for scalable solutions.

Reporting & Market Analysis

Generate detailed reports for specific inquiries and support market analysis. Conduct investigations into the competitive landscape and provide insights. 

Team Performance & Process Improvement

Identify and address gaps to improve operational performance  Support the implementation of new processes, promoting a culture of innovation.

Attributes required:

Analytical ability supported by Excel skills, showcasing the capability to dissect data and derive insights. Ability to identify areas of improvement, indicating a proactive stance towards enhancing processes and outcomes. Enterprising spirit and willingness to take ownership of tasks, reflecting a drive to innovate and lead initiatives. Willingness to buy into the requirements of a fast-paced start-up environment, with an understanding that peak activity may occur after traditional hours, highlighting flexibility and dedication. Ability to verbalize as well as visualize findings and results, emphasizing the importance of clear and effective communication, both verbally and through visual means. Strong team player, indicating the importance of collaboration and mutual support within a team setting.

Qualifications:

Relevant bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, finance or related field.  At least 0-2 years of experience in operations, particularly in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or a related fast-paced industry.  Experience in analyzing performance metrics to provide insights on operational aspects. Proficiency in Excel  Knowledge of SQL or Python is advantageous
