Conducts individual and group training courses and activities. Is involved in designing new training offers.

The Technical Trainer is responsible for all technical content required to be delivered to support the Education & Development Center MR training portfolio. This individual will work closely with the global EDC Team to identify content development requirements for the projects they are assigned. They will also support in the delivery of the MR education portfolio for internal or customer technical training.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for:
• Deliver courses aligned with the global internal and customer training strategy as defined by MR Management
• Support student engagement during the MR product lifecycle (classroom training, online/virtual customer training, webinars, supporting content creation)
• Support escalations, acting as MR technical expert
• Support the expansion of MR customer footprint with value-added education services
• Responsible for installation, startup, corrective and preventive maintenance for MR equipment in our training facilities
• Understand customer/industry needs and trends through close alignment and regular engagement through peer collaboration to best identify technical content needs to achieve EDC goals
• Support effective and open communication with a proactive approach on information dissemination, collective feedback, and representation of global EDC Team
• Contribute to achieving the vision, mission, and values of Siemens

• High level MR technical product knowledge.
• Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, preferably relative to diagnostic imaging.

• Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs
• Training experience is preferred
