Overall Purpose\n

The Materials Review Committee (MRC) Systems Assistant works with the Systems Administrator in supporting and maintaining all information systems used by the MRC and materials disposition process. The MRC Systems Assistant supports the corporation's business activities, while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance.\n

Reports to
Site Manager\nResponsibilities\n

(To include but not limited to the following)\nClient Relationship & Business Development\n\nAct as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria\n\n

Operations\n

\u2022 Track and record costs of poor quality (COPQ)
\u2022 Create and maintain databases and queries
\u2022 Create and maintain process documentation
\u2022 Perform data mining & analysis to focus the company's quality efforts
\u2022 Record the disposition of materials into the web quality system database
\u2022 Attend the customer's MRC meetings and record and\/or distribute meeting minutes
\u2022 Verify the identity, quantity and disposition of materials entering and exiting containment areas
\u2022 Retrieve suspect materials from inventory locations
\u2022 Utilize customer inventory- and quality systems
\u2022 Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely results in analysis, defining metrics, and reporting

Technical\n

\u2022 Expert level proficiency using Microsoft Office WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT and ACCESS
\u2022 Proven record of job diligence
\u2022 Demonstrated understanding of blueprints and geometric-dimensioning and tolerancing
\u2022 Operating level proficiency in Microsoft VISIO and PROJECT preferred\n
