Job Description An employer in the Elmhurst, IL area is seeking an MRI Technologist for a direct hire opportunity. This person will be helping stand up a mobile clinic attached to one of the main hospitals. They will be tasked with operating MRI equipment to obtain filmed images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies, according to Radiologist's directions and established procedures. They will be positioning patients to administer injections of contrast media and manipulate images to ensure a high quality of exam. Additional duties include delivering and ensuring customer service in all aspects to job, being attentive of eye contact, facial/body expressions and tone of voice, as well as explaining procedure to patient, giving opportunity for questions to reduce anxiety and promote trust. This position is for day shift, 5x8s, and comes with a 10k sign-on bonus.
