**Overview** We are seeking an MRI Technologist to be a part of our team at the Blaine M Health Fairview Imaging Center! **This position is eligbile for a sign on bonus stating at** **$3,000** **!** The technologist plays a crucial role in patient care by producing high-quality diagnostic images in a friendly and accessible environment. This professional ensures age-appropriate services, adhering to established standards of practice while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining imaging quality standards, all while providing compassionate care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. **Schedule** **:** This position will be working 0.6 FTE (48 hours every two weeks). Ensures patient safety and emergency preparedness Documents patient information Ensures accurate film identification on all images Accurately completes computer functions-edits, status changes, logging Accurate film marking and jacket preparation Achieves quality diagnostic images by use of accurate positioning of patients and correct operation of equipment. Performs training and education duties Participates in the orientation of new employees. Responsible for the training of students Participates in the training of health care professionals and new employees. Maintains equipment Correctly operates and optimizes the use of equipment Understands the structure visualized and its significance **Qualifications** We are seeking an MRI Technologist to be a part of our team at the Blaine M Health Fairview Imaging Center! **This position is eligbile for a minimum** **$3,750** **sign-on bonus!** The technologist plays a crucial role in patient care by producing high-quality diagnostic images in a friendly and accessible environment. This professional ensures age-appropriate services, adhering to established standards of practice while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining imaging quality standards, all while providing compassionate care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. **Schedule** **:** This position will be working 0.75 FTE (60 hours every two weeks).
