We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world. + Perform experiments in support of mRNA drug substance process development such as In vitro transcription (IVT) and purification etc. + Use QbD principles to develop and improve scale down models for mRNA GMP drug substance production to support process understanding, CPP/KPP identification, and robustness studies (PAR and NOR validation) etc. + Assist with designing experiments and analyzing results with supervisor and other colleagues. + Critical thinking and analysis of data will be central to all aspects of this position. + Keep detailed records using an electronic laboratory notebook and do data entry. + Help with raw material inventory, consumables, and buffer preparation. + Use established procedures, technologies, and methodologies. + Be able to transform novel approaches into routine practice. + Assist with preparation of technical reports and presentations to clearly communicate scientific findings as needed. + Apply the 5S lean methodology in the laboratory environment. Improve productivity and lab safety. **About You** + Earned Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience, or Master's degree with up to 3 years' experience in Biochemistry, engineering, or related degree + Experience in large molecule drug substance development required + Experience of biologics purification using chromatography is required.
