**MRP Analyst – Palm Beach Gardens, FL** Kelly Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a **Material Replenishment/Requirement Planning Analyst** for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in **Palm Beach Gardens, FL.** This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. Must be local. **Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm **Pay:** open; plus benefits and PTO **Duration:** long term contract **Job Description:** An MRP Analyst is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources and presenting these findings through reports and visualizations to inform business decisions. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools like SAP, ERP, Power BI, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. **Responsibilities:** + Collecting data from diverse internal sources, including databases, identifying and correcting errors in data to ensure accuracy and consistency. + Performing statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, and trend analysis to uncover patterns and insights. + Creating visual representations of data using charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings clearly within a matrix organization. + Developing and presenting comprehensive reports summarizing key data insights to stakeholders. + Buyer Experience: Proficient in reviewing purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders from an ERP System. + Finalize MRP and confirm quantities and dates, ensuring that all material delivery schedules are communicated to the suppliers on time to meet plan requirements. + ERP Set Ups: Material master setups, quality info records, source assignment **Required Skills:** + Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc. , Tableau, Power BI ERP Experience, SAP Preferred + Problem-Solving: Identifying issues within data and proposing solutions to address them + Communication Presentation Skills: Clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences including multiple levels of management + Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency through meticulous data cleaning and validation + Preferred Skills: Planning or manufacturing experience in a medical/Pharmaceutical or Consumer industry + Buyer Experience strongly preferred + High school diploma or equivalent required **Apply now for immediate consideration!** **Please do not contact your local Kelly branch office as it is not filling this position. #p1** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
