We are looking for passionate and creative Tech Leads to strengthen our well-established Microsoft practice in Quebec. As a Tech Lead Dynamics 365 CRM, you will:
- Lead and innovate: Design customized solutions using Dynamics CRM/365 while integrating related technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, and Angular.
- Guide and collaborate: Lead and coordinate agile teams, promote engagement in the DevOps process, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions in collaboration with technical experts.
- Evolve and inspire: Contribute to data migrations, improve existing processes, and develop advanced functionalities while sharing your knowledge within our internal community.
- Develop talent: Actively participate in upskilling teams and expanding our Dynamics 365 CRM practice.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
- Technical expertise: Proficient in development with C#.NET.
- Work authorization: Must already be authorized to work in Canada.
- Location: Must reside in the province of Quebec.
- Bilingualism: Comfortable speaking both French and English.
Assets:
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications: MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-260, or equivalent.
- Power Platform certifications (PL series) are a plus.
