Position Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS) is in need of a technical resource to perform modest configuration changes to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Tool. This tool will be used to allow the help desk to manage incoming calls specific to DHS policy issues. DHS will have three distinct Dynamics presence (they currently have 1). Configure Microsoft Dynamics per the detailed requirements.
