MS Dynamics Sr. Solutions Architect

The Team We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a focus on Government and Public Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background on MS CRM Dynamics/Power Platform (MUST HAVE), and Microsoft Azure, including a deep understanding Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Solutions Architecture, Applications design. The candidate will be responsible for leading complex technical projects, including cloud and data migrations, conducting proof of concepts, developing point of views, presenting demos, and creating pre-sales content. Work You'll Do: + Design and build architectures in alignment with industry best practices using predominantly Microsoft technologies such as Azure Cloud Services, Power Platform. + Conduct product assessments and feasibility analysis, conduct architecture reviews and provide feedback to project teams. Ensure developed applications are in alignment with desired architectures + Lead complex technical projects such as cloud migrations, data migrations and digital transformations + Create pre-sales content, respond to RFPs, RFOs, RFIs + Build key client relationships, and maintain stakeholder relationships + Work collaboratively with program managers, project managers, and application delivery managers in delivering high quality technical transformation projects. + Mentor junior practitioners and guide them on technical aspects. + Participate in hands-on activities when required and work independently and within team structure. + Stay up to date with emerging technical trends with respect to AI/ML and understand how these technologies can help solve client business problems. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years as a Lead Architect. + Strong understanding of SDLC processes, Agile project delivery, DevSecOps. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong understanding of architecture principles, quality attributes - performance, security, configurability, adaptability, modifiability, scalability, and availability. + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available + Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred Qualifications: + Architecture Certifications such as TOGAF (optional). + Microsoft Certifications (optional). + Agile Certifications (optional) + Prior experience in the Government and Public Services sector, particularly in SLHE industry alignment. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,725-$322,875. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
