Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dot Net Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using the .NET framework. The Dot Net Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide feedback and support.Technical Expertise:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust .NET applications.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and design phases.Prepare technical documentation and create project plans.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and DevOps.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.Facilitate technical discussions and presentations.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Implement best practices and optimize development processes.Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of [8-9] years of experience in .NET development.Proven experience in leading and managing a development team.Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and other related technologies.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.Familiarity with database design, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:
