HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTTMH Physician Partners Metabolic Center is looking for a Practice Administrator II to join our team. The Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. Takes the lead in developing the action plan to move the practice in the direction provided by the Executive Director in concert with the practice physicians. Responsibilities include: planning, financial management, personnel management, policy development, clinic management, regulation compliance, staff development, etc.
Includes meeting budget, demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. Implement the staffing pattern for colleagues. Responsibility & counsel with supervisory personnel for review of staff suggestions, departmental issues, employee recruitment and oversight and disciplinary actions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYEducation:
Minimum: Associates Degree Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
Experience:
Minimum: Three (3) years of job related experience Preferred: Five (5) + years of experience in Administration of a physician office
