The Modern Work Technology Specialist will provide on-site support for Microsoft Teams meetings, utilizing Microsoft Teams Rooms at our corporate headquarters. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for Microsoft Teams meetings, ensuring all equipment and software are functioning correctly.Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms and related hardware.Support a large (150 person) training and conference room utilizing Crestron and Microsoft Teams technologies.Assist team members with technical issues related to Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.Conduct regular maintenance and updates for Microsoft Teams Rooms equipment.Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve the overall user experience of virtual meetings.Document and report any recurring issues and work on long-term solutions.Ensure daily/weekly/monthly maintenance lists are followed and updated as needed.Periodically support Zoom meetings as needed.Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical degrees or certifications also considered.3-6 years of experience in supporting large scale collaboration sessions, meetings, and A/V environments.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.Experience supporting and managing Microsoft Town Hall meetings.Experience monitoring microphones levels and camera management in on site, fast paced meetings.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Critical to success of the potential candidate.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with other collaboration tools and AV equipment is a plus.Preferred Skills:
Experience with remote desktop tools and virtual desktop solutions.Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.Certification in Microsoft Teams or related technologies.Demonstrated experience supporting Crestron, Logitech, Polycom, and Microsoft technologiesPLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WORKS ON-SITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK AT OUR CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP CORPORATE OFFICE
