What role you will play in our team

 

An MSO Pipeline Operator must have Mechanicals skills associated with maintenance, repair and operations of natural gas processing (pressure, fluid management) and conditioning equipment and related components to instrumentation.   Possess excellent written and verbal skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced facility personnel. Possess a strong safety mindset and adhere to safety policies and procedures embracing a strong safety culture. Able to work shifts, on call and able to work in extreme outdoor temperatures.   Must be able to lift 50lbs to a height of 42".   What you will do

 

Responsible for managing pigging stations, shipping/receiving pigs alongside waste management. Communicating, collaborating and interfacing with multiple crafts and service contractors. Including Nesson Plant operations when pigs are shipped and receiving pigs at Nesson stations. Monitoring and managing chemical systems including digital platforms for optimizing flow operations.  Includes minor maintenance of pipeline valves (greasing) to maintain gathering integrity Record management of log entries, pressuring readings throughput gathering systems and area operations Support and assist Compression Station Operators for starting and stopping facilities as needed. Assist Maintenance and I&E Techs with routine maintenance as well as major projects. Observe and ensure compliance of pipeline gathering systems and maintenance procedures as well as safety regulations in accordance with company policies. Perform inspections and preventative maintenance rounds on equipment, such as pigging stations, launchers/receivers, PSV (pressure safety valves), chemical systems and other gathering equipment; communicates findings to supervisors Perform general housekeeping on operating and idle equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation on gathering systems. Be trained in PSMS, WMS, XTO Safety handbook and align with ExxonMobil safety expectations. Drive safely and follow all driving regulations About You

 

Knowledge of low- and high-pressure natural gas operating systems. Knowledge in following critical work tasks i.e. hydrate removal, breaking containment on process systems and working with hydrocarbons. Interdepartmental/contractor management, emergency response, and DOT compliance audits Knowledge in PSSR (Pres-Startup Safety Reviews and commissioning of equipment Knowledge in fluid separations, scrubbers and line drip operations Understanding pf process piping equipment, P&ID flow path, instrumentation, control systems, and safety systems Industry experience, Knowledge in basic computer programsMust be able to work in extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to communicate, and work with other personnel, departments, and crafts including third party. Previous experience in permitting and Lock out Tag out procedures Mechanical skills associated with maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, repair and operations of natural gas processing equipment and related components.
