You will also play a pivotal role in connecting top talents with our client to enable their growth. Role: As an MSP Advisor, you will be the bridge between top talents and our business partner’s organisation, fostering strong relationships within a professional and inclusive culture. Your responsibilities will include: + Coordinating recruitment process for contingent hiring + Leading conversations, diagnosing challenges, and developing solutions with Hiring Managers + Providing stakeholders with advisory and expertise within MSP field and the relevant market + Performing compliance checks on job descriptions and candidate profiles + Collaborating and negotiating with external agencies + Screening CVs, preparing shortlists, and maintaining the VMS tool updated Requirements: + Prior experience as an MSP Talent Advisor would be a great asset + We also welcome candidates with previous experience in similar roles where you had to deal with different stakeholders and keep compliance on the right track + Familiarity with VMS tools like SAP Fieldglass, and/or ATS systems e.g. Ariba + Fluency in German and a good level of English proficiency - you will use both languages + Advisory/Consultative skills - previous experience with working with external stakeholders + Comfortable working in a hybrid model - office is based in Budapest Reward: + A competitive compensation package, including base salary, quarterly bonus (up to 20%) + A wide range of benefits, eg. private medical support, home office allowance, cafeteria, and more! + A hybrid work model, facilitating stronger relationships with team + Stable, permanent cooperation + Access to necessary tech resources to excel in your role + Clear development plan + A culture of inclusion, belonging, and valuing diversity.
