MSP/ VMS Recruiter

TEKsystems is an Allegis Group company. **General Description:** The key focus for a MSP Recruiter is to execute sourcing strategies and communication plans with the aim of achieving timely submittals of qualified candidates to TEKsystems’ MSP Customers. The MSP Recruiter must have the ability to effectively communicate with potential employees as well as the internal teams which they support. This individual will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, high call volume environment with the goal of driving more candidate submittals and ultimately fills for the customers they are dedicated to supporting. The MSP Recruiter may sit in any TEKsystems location nationwide. **Responsibilities** **Essential Functions:** · Dedicated MSP customer focus to support all non-Red Zone business. · Source talent via nearest inventory utilizing Talent Search / MatchPro within applicant tracking system (Connected) to qualify and submit to MSP customers within 24-48 hours of reqs being released to TEKsystems. · Post available positions through Connected and conduct searches to increase available candidate pool. · Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent for MSP customer opportunities. · Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans. · Evaluate all resumes received and qualify candidates based on job requirements. · Responsible for initiating the hiring process for available positions. This may include: o Sourcing of candidates: Internal near-inventory & referrals; o Initial phone screens; o Rate negotiation; o Submitting qualified candidates to the client via their VMS system; o Interview coordination and preparation; o Candidate offer acceptance; · As the first point of contact for potential candidates, must always interact with a high level of professionalism and customer service. · Coach and prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with professional guidance and timely feedback. · Ensure that the MSP account’s KPIs/SLAs are met. This could include, among others, requirement response rate, time to submit and fill rates. · Maintain all documentation using proprietary Applicant Tracking System (Connected) to track information. **Qualifications** **Educational & Experience Requirements:** · Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associates’ Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer facing role · Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards · The preference and ability to work in a team environment and the ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people · A desire for a career in a performance-based environment where it is necessary to quickly and consistently identify and pursue beneficial new opportunities · Excellent written and oral communication skillsthat are leveraged to seek out others’ perspectives by asking good questions · An eagerness to learn is necessary with enthusiasm to experiment to find best possible solutions **Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits Package:** Employees also receive an exceptional benefits package including a 401(k)-company matched retirement savings plan, parental leave and vacation, personal and holiday pay. + Medical – BlueCross BlueShield Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) + Dental – MetLife + Vision – Vision Service Plan (VSP) + Insurance – Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Additional benefits include: + Short-term and long-term disability + Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account + Tuition assistance + Employee discounts on cars, electronics, travel, etc. Benefits for our role can be found via this link: https://www.teksystems.com/en/careers/benefits Compensation: $65,000 annually (not COLA eligible) + $50/month cell phone allowance & $500 bonus per start walked in after the consultant has worked 28 days, which is paid out the following quarter, the same day as contest payouts.
