JR71365 MTB Industrial Engineer

As a MTB Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for

1.Capacity Model optimization :1)Ensure accurate capacity model through periodic audits and validation of workstation performance, capital asset utilization (CAU), and cycle time using static and dynamic models. 2)Ensure tool capacity is well positioned to meet output requirements at the manufacturing area levels.3)Work with engineering team and partner with ATCP(Assembly Test Central Planning) to understand and close the gaps in workstation performance to meet external benchmark levels.4)Understand the impact to the driven by output changes through scenario analysis.2.Responsibilities and Tasks :1)Understanding of semiconductor process by area including processing equipment, supporting equipment, safety and cleanroom requirement policies with 2D/3D AutoCAD skill.2)Work with key area representatives to develop the process and associate business rules for the review/tracking/standardizing and communication of equipment layout revisions.3)Represent the manufacturing areas to provide layout design and TUM data coordination for equipment installation, relocation, upgrade and FAC remodel.4)Support Facilities team by providing equipment utility facilitation information and process requirements as needed.5)Coordinate with FAC/EE/MFG/PUR to provide the feasibility of layout plan with considering structural, mechanical, electrical, moving path, safety, cost and schedule limitations. 3.CIP Project : Lead the continuously improvement project to optimize the workflow as well as capacity management and layout optimization.
