Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects. Based on process background to have abnormal analysis and improvement with defect team and hardware team.

• Perform statistical data analysis to correlate the inline performance and process capability index(Cpk) improvement on statistical process control (SPC) data.

• Identify processes requiring for R2R opportunity and deployment on new processes from DOE study.

• Identify and optimized the systemic defense line from recipe parameter adjust (RPA) and recipe file management (RFM).
