Job PurposeThe purpose of this internship is to provide essential support to the sales and marketing departments, ensuring smooth administrative routines and enabling the teams to focus on strategic activities. The intern will gain valuable experience in commercial operations, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the company while developing their professional skills.
Responsibilities: Provide essential support to the sales department, ensuring smooth administrative routines and enabling the team to focus on strategic activities. Oversee and review shipping documents while maintaining accurate and updated control spreadsheets for billing and records. Manage sales order tickets and ensure seamless uploads of ETCs and contracts to SharePoint. Handle supply questionnaires on customer portals and generate purchase orders for freight and services. Ensure up-to-date access to the Customer Web Commercial Portal and upload critical documents, including proposals and quotes. Regularly update and maintain control spreadsheets (RMA, PO) and track orders through systems like Nimbi. Prepare detailed monthly SLA reports and track opportunities in Salesforce. Serve as a liaison to customers, providing timely updates on deadlines and readiness statuses. Requirements: Enrollment in a university program in Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced), with the ability to engage confidently in written and spoken business interactions. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus. Competence in working with spreadsheets and order management systems.
