What You'll Do as a Mulcher / Heavy Equipment Operator:

Operate and maneuver mulching equipment, including skid-steers, track loaders, and dedicated forestry mulchers (e.g., Kubota SVL75-3, Seppi Miniforst, Fecon).Attach and detach forestry mulchers safely and efficientlyNavigate challenging terrains, including slopes, rocky ground, and dense vegetationMaintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performanceAdhere to strict safety protocols and emergency proceduresCollaborate with team members to achieve project goalsDocument daily activities and equipment usage

Work Experience

The Preferred Candiate Might:

Have proven experience operating heavy machineryHave a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsHave a valid driver's license or CDLHave OSHA 10 certification (preferred)Be able to work independently and as part of a teamHave a strong commitment to safety and quality
