Your Profile Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient, and maintainable system integrations to support RTL's revenue streams. Take full end-to-end ownership for integrations and applications developed by your team. Collaborate closely with other developers as a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team. Translate business requirements into technical solution designs in collaboration with Product Owners and Domain Architects. Lead and participate in solution design efforts, ensuring high performance and scalability. Implement automated testing and monitoring for the integration services. Conduct code reviews to maintain source code quality and change control. Proactively identify opportunities to improve capabilities, performance, and eliminate technical debt. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

 

Your Tasks:  Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a strong programming background, with at least 3 years of experience with MuleSoft. In-depth knowledge of various integration patterns – API led, Event drive and Pub Sub architectures. Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions securely. Broad understanding of CI/CD tools and technologies. Ability to build and manage pipelines would be a plus. Experience building data visualizations using tools such as ELK, Grafana, etc. Experience with Salesforce is a big plus. Openness to exploring and learning new technologies with a keen eye for innovation and improvement.
