You will be the Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for managing cost, quality, and schedule for the manufacturing team.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving/achieving quality, schedule and cost targets for multiple programs. Your responsibilities will include:
• The daily activities of a specified group of production employees while ensuring that safety, cost, quality, and production standards are met.
• Managing a team size of 20-40 represented Electronic Associates.
• Motivating and energizing teams
• Conflict resolution and building respectful working relationships

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Previous leadership experience
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans independently, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to assign work to unionized hourly workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes, cost, quality and schedule.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues, working simultaneously with supporting functional areas; Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Must be able to work first and second shift and support overtime, as needed.
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in a manufacturing union environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Must possess a working knowledge of managing workmanship, time and attendance, enforcement of work rules, employee training development & certifications, and audit readiness.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
