Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with extensive knowledge in three-phase electricity, electrical circuit diagnosis, and the ability to read electrical schematics. The ideal candidate will have experience with ladder logic, PLC and/or CNC troubleshooting and programming, as well as the ability to troubleshoot metal cutting and assembly machines for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical failures.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair electrical circuits, read and interpret electrical schematics.Troubleshoot and repair metal cutting and assembly machines for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical failures.Read and understand complex hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.Utilize various hand tools and shop equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.Realign mechanical systems using dial indicators or other systems.Conduct welding and pipe fitting as required.Use electrical test equipment such as voltmeters, amp probes, and oscilloscopes for diagnostics.Operate measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.Essential SkillsWorking knowledge of three-phase electricity and electrical circuit diagnosis.Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and ladder logic.Experience in PLC and/or CNC troubleshooting and programming.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical failures in machines.Understanding of complex hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.Familiarity with various hand tools and shop equipment.Knowledge of preventive maintenance methods.Capability to realign mechanical systems using dial indicators.Skills in welding and pipe fitting.Use of electrical test equipment such as voltmeters, amp probes, and oscilloscopes.Proficiency in using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in industrial maintenance and repair.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Familiarity with maintenance repair procedures for three-phase systems.Why Work Here?

Enjoy a $1.67 shift differential. Outstanding performance during the contract period can lead to early conversion to a permanent position, potentially sooner than six months. Once permanent, the pay scale opens up, allowing employees to apply for higher-level positions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.18 - $36.45/hr.
