Job Responsibilities:
· To perform preventative and corrective maintenance as required on various machines, equipment, or systems to improve the reliability for the manufacturing operation.
· Outstanding Record keeping skills to include time accounting, work order systems and machine parts management.
· Proficient in removing, installing, replacing, starting up, operating for test purposes, testing, adjusting, troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and aligning equipment systems and major assemblies.
Job Requirements:
· Employee must successfully complete the appropriate training programs for the operation of powered industrial trucks. (Forklifts, scissor lifts and aerial lifts)
· High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. If the employee cannot demonstrate this experience, they will be required to successfully complete the required training.
· Must be able to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
· Strong background in either an industrial mechanical or industrial electrical field.
· Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Preferred Skills:
· Strong background in both industrial mechanical and electrical fields.
· PLC ladder logic knowledge or training.
· SAP maintenance management software experience.
· Knowledge with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or steam boilers.
· Welding experience.
Pay Scale:
Pay scale ranges from $33.88/hr to $40.64/hr based on related experience.
