**Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hartselle, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical and electrical equipment, including extruders, presses, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, electrical systems, PLCs, and VFDs. This role requires a keen ability to work on mechanical tasks with a willingness to learn electrical skills. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. + Work with extruders, presses, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, electrical systems, PLCs, and VFDs. + Conduct preventive maintenance and root cause analysis. + Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. + Handle 3-phase motors and conveyer systems. + Utilize PLC control, ladder logic, and blueprint reading for maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of PLC systems and 3-phase motors. + Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent schooling with at least 1 year of experience. + Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems. + Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics. + Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and VFDs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Positive attitude and willingness to learn more about electrical systems. + Experience with extrusion maintenance and servomotors. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Knowledge of Fanuc control systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values its employees and offers a supportive work environment.
