**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician – Robotics & PLC (2nd Shift) **Description** An automotive company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for their 2nd shift to perform multicraft maintenance on robots, PLCs, and pneumatics in a climate-controlled plant. The role will involve working with industrial automation systems, including troubleshooting and repairing robotic equipment. + **Shift:** 2nd shift + **Hours:** Approximately 50 to 53 hours per week **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform maintenance and repairs on robotic systems, PLCs, and automation equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Work with industrial equipment and components such as Fanuc and ABB robots, as well as Allen-Bradley PLCs. + Use schematics and blueprints to identify and repair issues with machinery and systems. + Perform preventative maintenance on robots and automation systems. + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime. **Skills & Qualifications:** + **Top Skills Required:** + Robotics + PLC programming + Electrical troubleshooting + Allen-Bradley PLCs + Troubleshooting + Automation + Hydraulics and pneumatics + HMI (Human-Machine Interface) + Industrial maintenance + Fanuc and ABB robots + Schematic reading and blueprint interpretation + AutoCAD (for system layouts and design) + **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair + Experience working with 3-phase motors and 480V systems + Familiarity with HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) + Strong mechanical and electrical background, with knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $70000.00 Company pays for 90% of employees benefits.
