**Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual with expertise in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general maintenance skills and be prepared to take on a multi-skilled position with minimal training. Technicians will perform preventative maintenance tasks based on the plant's needs and complete work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Strong critical thinking skills and troubleshooting abilities are essential. Candidates must have strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot PLCs would be a plus. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance tasks based on the plant's needs. + Complete work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Utilize strong critical thinking skills and troubleshooting abilities to address maintenance issues. + Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems. + Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) when necessary. + Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager. **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility. + Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance. + Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance. + Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, automation, and industrial maintenance systems. + Proficiency in electrical maintenance, schematic reading, and blueprint interpretation. + Experience with industrial machinery, motors, and 3-phase systems. + Skills maintenance repair and mechanical troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certification or training in industrial/electrical maintenance (preferred). + Ability to work different shifts and overtime when needed. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. and be on feet for the duration of the shift. + Willingness to walk multiple miles per shift to complete daily work orders and tasks. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive pay structure and ample opportunities for career advancement in a growing company.
