**Aerotek is hiring Multi Craft Maintenance Technician** **Shift: 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm will train on 1st** **2nd: 2pm-10:30pm** **3rd: 10pm to 6:30am** **Pay: $35 to $43** **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and edit PLCs (no programming required). + Maintain and repair 3 phase motors, VFDs, and electrical circuits. + Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and water chillers. + Perform plumbing and electric control tasks. + Understand and operate molding equipment such as dryers and blenders. + Read and interpret parts prints, drawings, and wiring diagrams. + Perform machine changeovers and routine preventive maintenance (PMs). + Use measuring devices like calipers and height gauges. + Load correct processes and make necessary adjustments. + Perform general maintenance on injection molding and tooling equipment. + Work with ABB robotics and other automation systems. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of maintenance experience. + Experience with injection mold and blow mold machines. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, ladder logic, and motor drives. + Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs. + Willingness to think creatively and solve problems to minimize downtime. + Basic knowledge of PLC, ladder logic, and motor drives troubleshooting. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
