Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)

Compensation: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and manufacturing processes. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of machinery and equipment.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLC controllers and AC/DC drives.Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (such as tape measures) to perform tasks accurately.Ensure production goals are met by maintaining equipment in optimal condition.Participate in general labor duties such as cleaning, packing, sorting, and loading as needed.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and prevent equipment downtime.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years of age.Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.Certification from a technical college in electrical, mechanical, or related fields (PLC, AC/DC drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.).Strong knowledge of PLC controllers, AC/DC drives, hydraulic systems, and pneumatics.Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure).Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems efficiently.Willingness to work 2nd shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Additional Skills Preferred:

Experience in production or assembly environments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
