This is a **contract-to-hire** position offering a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Assemble, design, and test hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems** , including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, and servo drives. + **PLC Troubleshooting and Programming:** Work with various PLC systems, including To-yo-puck, Mitsubishi, and Omron, to ensure smooth operations. + **Robotics:** Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ABB and Fanuc robots within the plant. + **Fabrication and Machining:** Create components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts (metal, plastic, wood) for equipment maintenance, repair work orders, and machine modifications. + Perform **root cause analysis** to identify issues and implement effective solutions in the most efficient manner. + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems, including high-speed spindles, bearings, 208V voltage (Japanese standard), and AC/DC drives. + **Documentation:** Perform administrative duties including accurate documentation of work performed using both written and electronic methods. + Participate in **preventative maintenance** programs to reduce downtime and ensure equipment longevity. **Required Skills and Experience:** + **Extensive Experience in Industrial Maintenance** with knowledge in both electrical and mechanical systems. + Expertise in **PLC troubleshooting and programming** (experience with Allen-Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, and To-yo-puck PLC systems is a plus). + Strong proficiency in **robotics troubleshooting and repair** (ABB, Fanuc robots). + Experience with **hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, and automation systems** . + Skilled in reading and interpreting **schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams** . + Solid background in **machine troubleshooting and repair** , including CNC machines, high-speed spindles, and motor controls. + Experience working with **milling machines, lathes, surface grinders** , and programming CNC machines. + **Root cause analysis** skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues. **Preferred Qualifications:** + **Electrical Degree, Diploma, or Certification** in Electrical Studies is a plus. + **Industrial maintenance and/or military experience** is highly valued. + Technical expertise in **motion control, welding, machining** , and **robotics** . + Ability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required. **Why Work With Us?** + **Competitive Pay:** $38.00 - $44.00/hr based on experience. + **Contract-to-Hire Opportunity:** Potential for full-time employment with a leading company in the industry. + Opportunity to work with advanced **robotic systems, PLCs, and cutting-edge machinery** . + **Dynamic work environment** with a focus on team collaboration and skill development.
