**Aerotek is hiring Multi Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician with extensive knowledge of injection molding machinery to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both mechanical and electrical expertise, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on various equipment. This role requires proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and editing, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuits. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and edit PLCs without programming. + Maintain and repair 3-phase motors, VFDs, and electrical circuits (120/230/480 single and 3-phase). + Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, water chillers, plumbing, and electric controls. + Perform routine preventative maintenance and changeovers on injection molding machines. + Read and understand parts prints, drawings, and wiring diagrams. + Load correct processes and make necessary adjustments to machinery. + Use measuring devices such as calipers and height gauges. + Perform general maintenance on injection molding and tooling equipment. + Operate and maintain ABB robotics and other molding equipment. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of maintenance experience. + Experience with injection mold and blow mold machines. + Strong mechanical and electrical skills. + Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. + Basic PLC, ladder logic, and motor drives troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to think outside the box to minimize downtime. + Proficiency in using and interpreting blueprint schematics and wiring diagrams. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and FSA options, life insurance, a 401k match, vacation and sick leave, and tuition assistance. **Work Environment** Shifts are from 6am - 2:30pm (training), 2pm - 10:30pm, and 10pm - 6:30am. The facility is non-temperature controlled, with temperatures ranging from 50 degrees in the winter to 100 degrees in the summer. Hearing protection is provided and required at all times in the production area. The environment can be very loud. Required attire includes jeans or work pants, work shirts, hearing protection, and steel toe boots. The facility includes 35 injection molding machines, 3 blow mold machines, 2 stack mold machines, 4 grinders, and 2 combi packaging machines. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Gallaway, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
