Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
**Job Title** : **2nd Shift Maintenance Technician – Robotics & Automation** **Location** : Climate-Controlled Automotive Manufacturing Facility **Job Type** : Full-Time **Shift** : 2nd Shift (50 to 53 hours per week) **Job Description:** We are an innovative automotive company seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to join our team on the **2nd shift** . As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of industrial robots, automation systems, and other machinery. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing **Fanuc, ABB, and other robotic systems** , **PLCs** , and **pneumatic and hydraulic** systems. If you are passionate about industrial maintenance and automation technology, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on **industrial robots** , including **Fanuc** , **ABB** , and other automation systems. + Program, troubleshoot, and repair **PLCs** , **HMIs** , and associated controls. + Work with **hydraulics, pneumatics** , and **electrical** systems to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance. + Utilize **schematics** , **blueprints** , and **AutoCAD** to diagnose and solve technical problems. + Handle **3-phase motors** , **480v systems** , and ensure proper electrical wiring and connections. + Respond quickly to machine breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring production goals are met. + Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Proven experience with **robotics** , **automation** , and **industrial maintenance** . + Strong knowledge of **PLC programming** , including **Allen-Bradley** systems. + Experience troubleshooting **electrical systems** , including **480v systems** , **3-phase motors** , and associated controls. + Expertise in **hydraulics** , **pneumatics** , and **robot repair** . + Proficient with **HMIs** , **schematics** , and **blueprints** . + Experience working with **Fanuc** , **ABB** , and other robot brands. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting. + Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (AutoCAD experience is a plus). + Commitment to safety and quality standards in the workplace. **Experience Level** **:** + **Intermediate** level with a focus on industrial maintenance, robotics, and automation. **Why Join Us?** + Work in a **climate-controlled** environment for comfort and safety. + **Competitive pay** with the opportunity for overtime (50-53 hours/week). + Stable, **full-time position** with growth opportunities. + Work with cutting-edge automation and robotic technology. + Supportive team environment with opportunities for skill development. Company pays for 90% of employees benefits. Medical, dental, vision, PTO, ETC.
