\n\t\t\t\t\tShift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 223 Continental Schedule (non-rotating)\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and mechanically inclined Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, including rollers, conveyors, motors, heat elements, automated cutters, and other machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep production running efficiently. This is a paid-off experience role with hourly compensation ranging from $25.75 to $31.25, depending on experience.

\n\t\t\t\t\tQualifications:\nProven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong emphasis on mechanical skills and electrical knowledge.\nExperience working with rollers, conveyors, motors, heat elements, and automated cutters/rollers.\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.\nFamiliarity with PLCs and motor controls.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a small team.\nBasic understanding of safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting.\nAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment or a similar setting is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
