Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team in an automotive environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upgrading, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial equipment. A strong understanding of power distribution, AC/DC and servo drives, electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams for control panels is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs and working with Fanuc Robots is required. **Responsibilities** + Upgrade, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment. + Work with power distribution, AC/DC and servo drives. + Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. + Troubleshoot PLCs and interface with Fanuc Robots. + Perform electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter. + Handle hydraulics, pneumatics, and press machines. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and robotics automation. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and working with Allen Bradley PLCs. + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. + Experience with Fanuc Robots and the ability to troubleshoot and perform touchups. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with robotic presses is preferred. + Experience programming robots is preferred. + Ability to home a robot and interface between the robot and PLC. + Organized approach to documenting changes to PLCs. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and knowledgeable team on a high-performing 2nd shift. The work environment is fast-paced and non-climate controlled, with frequent overtime and some weekend work. The facility is a stamping plant producing parts for major automotive customers including Nissan, Ford, GM, Chrysler, VW, and BMW. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
