Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS

Use computerized or manual Maintenance Information Systems to document the details of equipment related issues, repairs made, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance measures taken, etc.Make necessary adjustments to parts and machinery to ensure proper production run.Use computerized or manual systems to facilitate root cause analysis for failures resulting in major downtime (as defined by management).  Once the root cause has been identified, put measures in place that will prevent reoccurrence within the affected business unit as well as across the facility. Perform PM inspections as required, complete with all repairsMake modifications to existing equipment as requiredAssist in design and installation of new/improved manufacturing equipment, components, and processes

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

General knowledge of industrial maintenance with an emphasis on electrical, mechanical or controls applicationMust have a solid ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.  Must be able to trouble shoot, remove, disassemble, rebuild, reinstall, and order parts for the press lines and related equipment.Basic electrical circuit troubleshooting.Basic robotics troubleshooting.Must have a basic knowledge of drafting (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.)
