Join Lockheed Martin as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, where you will guide a represented workforce in the JSF Production Assembly area to achieve cost, schedule, and quality objectives. What You Will Be Doing
• Lead and oversee manufacturing activities for Low Observable Coatings applications in the JSF Production Assembly area.
• Assign and manage daily tasks for coaters, ensuring accurate execution and the timely maintenance of aircraft records.
• Execute and refine build plans to improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency.
• Reinforce a culture focused on preventing Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Certify employees performing tasks requiring certification and ensure compliance with Core and program-specific processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical competencies, manufacturing processes, and talent development.
• Proactively address skill gaps, collaborating with Labor Relations and Human Resources to foster employee engagement and professional growth.
• Provide leadership that promotes a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and taking corrective actions as needed.
