The Marketing Manager will coordinate the creation, strategic planning, and execution of marketing strategy and communications for Guardian’s Multi Life and Multi Life DI products distributed via Guardian’s channels. In this role it will be important for this individual to deliver the long-term value to customer and partners while achieving superior results for them. Key partners include Line of Business teams, Marketing, Communications, Compliance, Legal, and Digital.
This position reports to the Head of Life and Disability Marketing, who, in turn, reports to the Head of Product & Field Enablement Marketing for Individual Markets.
Candidate ResponsibilitiesThe individual will work in collaboration with the Marketing leads, Product Development teams and Distribution sales team to set a strategy for ML/MLDI line of business all to meet the objectives of the business through the development of core marketing collateral as well as initiatives including, marketing programs, sales campaigns, digital & email marketing, presentations, direct mail, newsletters, pitch books, etc. The individual will need to stay abreast of marketing, and consumer/employee engagement trends, product specifications and the driven environment, to bring fresh ideas for program development.

This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in our Hudson Yards NYC locationSalary Range$99,190.00 - $162,955.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
