Multi-Market Advisory Solutions Lead
**Job Description Summary**
The Multi-Market Advisory Solutions Lead will be responsible for increasing market share with occupiers, both the largest and mid-cap companies. He/she will manage and lead multi-market pursuits within the respective territory and/or sector. This individual will also be accountable for driving the pipeline to maximum growth opportunities. These objectives are executed in partnership with brokerage teams. In addition, he/she will be responsible for being an ambassador of C&W and articulating the capabilities to external audiences.
**Job Description**
Lead and Drive Proposals and Presentations in Partnership with Brokerage Teams
+ Identify winning and differentiator themes
+ Incorporate Subject Matter Experts and appropriate resources
+ Advise on competitive pricing
+ Collaboration with Market Leadership in Growing Market Share
+ Run effective collaboration meetings
+ Proactively and seamlessly manage the pipeline
+ Point of Contact for Connectivity to the Platform and Full Resources of the Firm
+ Ability to have initial discussion around all service lines
+ Strong leadership skills especially with verbal communication
+ Commands Respect of Internal and External Clients
**Essential functions and responsibilities:**
+ Lead business development cycles with brokerage teams to develop comprehensive portfolio solutions for large and mid-cap real estate outsourcing pursuits
+ Engage with market leaders and brokers to start net new sales cycles
+ Interact with service line/industry leads during these cycles to build the team, determine scope, pricing strategies and win themes. Work with marketing, proposal writers and design as the business leader/executive
+ Interact & collaborate with Global Occupier Services on solutions, where appropriate
+ Articulate client-facing technology platform to external and internal audiences
+ Develop overall pricing models and winning themes for proposed solutions
+ Participate and/or lead conference calls, sales/solution meetings, and final presentations to prospects + contract negotiations
+ Maintain executive oversight or governance relationships with new clients
+ Manage pursuit activity in CRM and be driver of activity
+ Maintain ongoing discussions with market leaders and brokers within the region
+ Support broker recruitment and industry events, as needed
+ This position requires flexibility and 30% - 40% travel to client sites and meetings
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRE multiline/multinational clients with a proven record of winning large pursuits
+ Must be able to engage others effectively in a matrix organization environment. Demonstrated ability and polish interacting at the C-Level, both internally and externally
+ Strong knowledge of global, occupier service lines and solutions
+ Strong working knowledge of facilities operations. Ability to recognize, document and optimize real estate processes
+ Deep industry and functional experience with CRE industry
+ Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
+ Critical and strategic thinking skills are key to success
+ Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
+ Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
+ Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
+ Ability to analyze complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions
+ Strong organizational abilities
+ Ability to travel for both internal and external meetings
+ Technically savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Outlook
+ Experience working with large data sets and multiple types of RFP models
