Location: Portland, OR 

Pay: $21.00/hour

Tenured Pay: $21.00 to start, $21.50 at 6 months, $22 at 1 year

The Multi-Site Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires flexibility in work hours, locations, and tasks to meet the needs of various assignments across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle emergency situations, and exhibit professionalism at all times. Typical Multi-Site Officer Objectives:

The Multi-Site Security Officer will work at several sites during their work week to cover for call offs, vacations, and bereavement leaves If they are not scheduled to work, they will be scheduled for training The primary duties include conducting tours of the sites, documenting reports, escalating emergent events, and helping fellow Security Officers and Supervisors to maintain safe and secure client facilities

Flex Officer Requirements:

18 years of age or older. High School Diploma OR GED Strong computer and technology skills needed Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic. Must be adaptable to all levels of sites Must be able to travel within the Portland Metro Area Must have strong customer service and de-escalation skills Prior security experience preferred or high level customer service experience  Must be available 2 of the 3 shifts any day of the week
