**For our client ExxonMobil in Antwerp we are looking for a Multiskiled technician. You have good knowledge of Dutch and English (orale & written)**
**You will report to the Facility Supervisor AMPP**
Responsibility level:
➢ Technical management of sanitaire equipment, furniture, etc.
➢ Development and implementation of technical solutions to operational problems
➢ Position for the sites at MPP and APP
Principal duties:
➢ Maintain maintenance & repairs to all offices & conference rooms on the E&PS buildings and execute
small repairs.
➢ Execute office moves.
➢ Equip furnishing for office workplaces & conference rooms.
➢ Replace, remove & repair on office furniture.
➢ Fixing / removing wall decorations
➢ Small repairs on sunblind’s
➢ Small maintenance of all doors, windows, (emergency) stairs,
➢ Maintenance & small repair on locksmith equipment on offices, filing cabinets, doors…
➢ Maintenance & small repair on sanitary equipment & toilet accessory
➢ Painting offices, conference rooms, dining rooms, …
➢ Handle transport and storage for documents archiving.
➢ Assist departments on their request to clean up archives.
➢ Execute re-lamping in Adm. buildings on powerless lighting fixtures.
➢ Development, implementation and monitoring of operations procedures for maintenance and repair.
➢ Back-up mail room activities as sorting, delivery, and shipping mail
➢ Sorting or distributing of clean clothing when received from laundry.
➢ Performing and helping on Hvac tasks.
➢ Active participating in safety meetings and participating on improving work conditions and work tasks
themselves
Skills/Qualifications/ Attributes:
➢ Full time position (day hours & occasional overtime)
➢ Dutch is mother tongue, knowledge of English.
➢ Precise working and structured approach
➢ Communicates well in a friendly and effective manner with customers.
➢ Well organized and able to set priorities.
➢ Knowledge of Nuvolo (client service request system)
➢ Experience of working in a customer service orientated environment.
➢ Team player, flexible, takes initiative.
➢ Driver’s license (Minimum Cat b.)
➢ VCA certificate
➢ clean Criminal record
