JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the repair or replacement of a wide variety of specialized equipment in an assigned group of 7-Eleven (family of brands) stores within a geographic area. Service calls are initiated from the store via 7Help work orders to appropriate technician. Position reports to the Area Facilities Manager.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Responds to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include, but may not be limited to Minor repairs of HVAC, Minor Repairs to Refrigeration, hot beverage equipment (ex. Coffee, Cappuccino) , cold beverage equipment (ex. tea, Fountain, FBD, FCB, Creamer Machine), Fountain/Backroom ice makers, Hot food equipment (ex. fryers, griddles tortilla presses, ovens, roller grills, Warmers), Fuel Dispensers (ex. printers, displays card readers, hanging hardware) etc.Responds to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issuesResponsible for ordering and management of parts inventory for truckResponsible for replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment as neededAssist, as needed, with training of other level 1 techniciansSchedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basisResponsible for ordering and management of parts inventory on truckCompletes required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materials Observes and inspects equipment to determine if servicing or further action is requiredCompletes basic maintenance tasks on structures and other equipmentReads, interprets, and follows procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelinesCompletes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by managementAvailable 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on an on-call emergency basis, in addition to a normal work schedule.Maintenance Technician - $20.00 - $30.00 The hourly or salary range is the range 7-Eleven/Speedway in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York. This range may be modified in the future. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable under the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans.
