**About Our Client** : Our client is one of the largest precast companies in North America and recognized for delivering innovative infrastructure projects such as parking garage complexes, bridges, large arial towers, and more. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED + Ability to do basic mathematics, e.g. adding, subtracting, etc. + Ability to read and utilize a tape measure. + Ability to perform the physical demands of the positions which includes lifting at least 40lbs. without any pain or movement restrictions. + Comfortable working in warm and cold climates. **Key Responsibilities:** + Read productions drawings, plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. + Erect or dismantle forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, bolts and other hand tools. + Measure, and mark dimensions to layout areas where work will be performed. + Position, join, align, seal and/or secure structural components, such as rebar, block outs, corbels or cage components. + Grind, scrape, or sand surfaces such as concrete using abrasive tools or machines. + Use equipment, power tools, and hands tools as designed and in a safe and effective manner. + Physical demands include lifting at least 40 pounds, frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, standing. **What’s Offered:** **Work Schedule:** 1st shift starting times between 3am-3pm and 2nd shift starting times between 3pm-3am. Working 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. **Location:** Pittsfield, MA. **Compensation:** $20/hr. the first 90 days and then $22.74/hr. after the 90 days and you integrate with the Union. **Additional Compensation:** depending on your shift start time, you may receive a 7-10% shift differential on top of your hourly rate.
