Sets up and operates multi-spindle thread machines and CNC machines to ensure efficient production of precision components.

Job Requirements: Experience setting up and operating multi-spindle thread machines Experience setting up and operating CNC machines Familiarity with ACME Gridley, Britain Multi-Spindle, or ZPS Euroturn machines preferred Preferred Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings for optimal performance Knowledge of thread cutting processes and precision machining techniques Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate multi-spindle thread machines for production runs Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Conduct routine inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications Maintain machine tools and ensure proper operation throughout shifts Monitor production processes and address any mechanical issues to prevent downtime Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout machining operations

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
