This role is perfect for a current GM who is eager to expand their impact and develop their leadership skills in a multi-unit capacity.   Key Responsibilities:   Lead and mentor a team at multiple locations. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goals. Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for each unit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.   Qualifications:   Proven experience as a General Manager in a full service environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
