THE JOB:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with all aspects of daily operations across Beau Rivage’s multi-outlet restaurant venues.


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Overseeing daily restaurant operations, from staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.

Driving operational success by ensuring our team meets financial and guest service goals.

Leading and coaching the team, helping to develop skills and foster a positive work environment.

Maintaining the highest standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, all while creating an exceptional dining experience.

Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure a seamless flow of service.

Implementing company initiatives and programs to elevate the guest experience.

Handling guest feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Two (2) or more years of prior relevant experience.

Ability to manage restaurant operations effectively and efficiently.

Strong understanding of food & beverage management, along with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, great communication skills, and make decisions quickly.

Proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
