Relays and amplifies the benefits of Caesars Rewards membership and associated amenitiesEstablishes and maintains the good will of VIP patrons through personal interactionRepresents Horseshoe Baltimore at on-property and off-property events.Drives incremental income through booked trips and increased patron loyaltyExtends invitations and books patrons for special eventsBooks patron travel and hotel to Caesars Entertainment locationsAnalyzes patron account data to make strong business decisions for extending comps, event invitations and incentives to drive businessConveys terms of loyalty program and incentives to current and future patronsServe as Caesars Entertainment Brand AmbassadorPartners and develops trusted relationships with other departments and team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience preferred3+ years in gaming, marketing, entertainment or public relationsProven customer service and telemarketing experienceFluent in speaking and writing (Mandarin & Cantonese)Able to translate scripts and marketing materials in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)Knowledge and understanding of Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean culture, customs and traditionsExcellent English-language writing and verbal communication skillsExcellent personal and mass email writing skillsComputer literate and proficient keyboard typing skillsAbility to quickly grasp and use computer apps, programs and databasesComfortable with managing administrative responsibilitiesProven account management analytical skillsProven ability to solve guest issues with integrity and professionalism especially when dealing with high pressure circumstancesMust possess strong relationship building skills and demonstrate the ability to influence and partner with all internal departmentsMust be able to work flexible hours including weekends / holidays and accommodate last minute schedule changesMust be able to work outside of scheduled work hours and be on call 24/7Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
