Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Multidiscipline Technician for Community Medical Center.

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate of Multi-Technical programHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required.BLS required.(American Heart Association)

Preferred:

Acute Care/ED experiencePhlebotomy and EKG experience

Scheduling Requirements:

Per Diem

Hours as needed within the Monday to Friday work week,

No weekends or Holidays,

Essential Functions:

The Multidiscipline Technician is a direct patient caregiver who assists the Registered Nurse .Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned serviceProviding for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment and critical actionsOngoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient s careParticipating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from ad mission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning
