Multimedia Designer II

OVERVIEW Drive the creative development and execution of multimedia design projects, ensuring a cohesive and innovative portrayal of the brand across all digital and traditional channels. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Conceptualize and execute a broad range of multimedia design projects, encompassing digital signage, online ads, animations, and interactive features, in addition to traditional media. 2. Collaborate with internal teams, other designers, and external partners to deliver creative solutions that address complex communication challenges across various campaigns and platforms. 3. Participate in the evolution of brand design standards, ensuring consistency and quality across multimedia expressions of the brand. 4. Play an active role in strategic discussions around brand positioning, translating marketing objectives into multimedia design strategies that enhance brand presence. 5. Direct multimedia content production, including photography, video, and audio, ensuring all elements meet brand and design specifications. 6. Oversee the integration of copy within multimedia designs, aligning with brand voice and content strategy. 7. Manage project workflows using advanced software tools, seeking information proactively to drive project completion. 8. Liaise with external agencies to align in-house multimedia design efforts with broader brand guidelines and quality expectations. 9. Investigate and integrate new forms of multimedia advertising and engagement. 10. Engage in continuous learning by attending industry events and acquiring training to stay at the forefront of multimedia communication technologies and practices. 11. Curate a diverse and high-quality portfolio of multimedia design work that reinforces and elevates the brand identity. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education • Associates degree in Graphic Design or related field required • Bachelors degree in Graphic design or related field preferred Experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role required • Minimum 1 year working knowledge of computer design hardware and software required. • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required Licenses/Certifications • None required Tools & Equipment • General Office Equipment ACCOMMODATIONS Sheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
