The Opportunity

As an in-house multimedia producer, you’ll play a key role in creating content that inspires audiences, educates prospects and customers, and fosters engagement and brand affinity across a variety of platforms.  You’ll create and update effective video & motion graphics including:

Promotional Videos: Showcasing products, services, or campaigns to attract prospects and customers.

Event Coverage: Recording live events, conferences, webinars, or product launches.

Explainer Videos: Simplifying complex ideas or processes for both internal and external audiences.

Product Demos: Creating instructional videos that highlight features, benefits, and use cases of products or services.

Customer Testimonial Videos: Sharing client success stories to build credibility and trust.

Social Media Content: Producing short, engaging videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube.

Our ideal candidate for this role is a blend of technical expert and storyteller, with prior experience creating strategic video content within a B2B or B2C marketing department. This individual is a talented and self-motivated multimedia professional that loves to keep up with industry trends and is always looking for new ways to take his/her creative and technical abilities to the next level.

**This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week onsite in our (brand new!) office in Framingham, MA**

Demonstratable expertise of visual storytelling in corporate, documentary and experiential formats via video, audio, and motion graphics.

Proactive approach to preparation, execution, collaboration, and creative problem solving.

Rigor in quality, organization, self-managing time, and prioritizing work in accordance with deadlines and goals.

Excellence in communication across leaders, stakeholders and peers with a focus on clarity, frequency, and transparency.  Fostering positive relationships are a huge component for our success.

Curiosity in exploring new things: Looking for creative references, analyzing our own work, or learning from other teams.  Curiosity is fuel for creativity.

Adaptability to shifts in working process, project requirements, and stakeholder feedback in the support of delivering great work.

Achievements

Producing High-Impact Videos: Created engaging videos that drive key metrics like brand awareness, lead generation, or social engagement.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Successfully partnered across various teams (e.g., marketing, HR, product) to meet their multimedia needs.

Streamlining Production Processes: Established workflows that improved efficiency, reduced costs, or ensured timely delivery of multimedia projects.

Personal Skill Growth: Demonstration of expanding expertise in advanced editing techniques, animation, or visual storytelling.
